Our flight
(Houston-Philadelphia) was delayed nearly 5 hours
because of Texas weather so we arrived at 1:45 AM on
April 26. Expresspark personnel were ready and waiting
and handles everything flawlessly. Excellent fantastic

Wanted to give you some good feedback on your
service. I used the North Lot for a 3-day trip on
11/1 through 11/3. This was first time I used
Expresspark. I was very pleased with the courtesy
of the shuttle drivers and the booth attendant, the
cleanliness of the lot and the vans, the very short
waiting times, and the on-line coupon made it even
more pleasant.
I have intentionally avoided flying out of Phila
Int'l because of all the hassles I experienced in
the past. But you help make the trip very
pleasant. Your staff removed one of the major
hassles from my past experiences.
Thanks to you and your staff for working so hard to
satisfy customers!!

Dear Express Park,
I just had to email and tell you how happy I
was with the service during my trip to
California this July. Your lot was very
easy to get to, and I definitely felt safe
leaving my car there. The staff was SO
FRIENDLY!! I will absolutely be using your
services again the next time I fly out of
